MF 2635 with FEL

I'm considering buying a 2635 FWA primarily for use with a very heavy 6' rotary cutter in sometimes tough conditions and on steep ground. I will likely buy it with a FEL as I plan to sell my only other tractor currently equipped with a FEL. I've heard that the MF "free loader" program ended at the end of June. This would be a show stopper. Does anyone have updated information about this program?

With rebate, it appears that I can buy this package for $28K so long as the loader program is extended or replaced with something equally as lucrative. Anyone have more recent information?

Also, does anyone have first hand experience with the FWA steering stops. The tractor that I drove takes nearly 40 acres to turn. I suspect that the steering stops can be adjusted in but the dealer did not know.

Not sure what the programs are right now. They still have not posted them but i will let you know as soon as I find out. As far as the stops go, yes you can adjust them with the bolt just behind the tire.
