Does the fuel filter just spin off? How does the glass bowl come off of the bottom of the fuel filter.Sorry for being dumb about this, inherited this tractor from my dad, its been sitting 2.5 years, just got it up and running, and I think it has some trash in the fuel and the fuel filter needs to be changed, and I have one in hand. Didn't find any of the manuals for the tractor when I got it, any help appreciated, kids want a hayride tonight! Thanks.

If you've got a glass bowl on the bottom, it will be a sandwich style 3 piece. There should be a 7/16 head bolt that goes through from the top to the bottom. Loosen it & the filter housings will seperate. Be sure to pay attention to where the sealing o-rings are.
Yes, pay real close attention to those seals. Make sure they are not covering the holes of the filter (around the inner rim) or you will block all the fuel. If you have a glass bowl, it will be evident that is happening since it will not fill up. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way.
