For snow removal I've been using a MF2360 blower but often during the beginning and end of the snow season the ground (gravel) is soft and the snow is a slushy mess (which seems occur often where I live). I don't feel comfortable with the wear and tear on the blower which under these conditions isn't really the optimal tool under anyway and I feel a blade would be mush better suited. To that end am looking at the 60" 2340 blade but have one reservation, can the Massey GC2600/2600 front frame handle the stresses easily enough. The quick hitch sub-frame being attached only to the the front of the frame seem like it could be a weak point and easily cause the frame could to twist or otherwise bend.

If anyone here has experience with this blade I'd really appreciate reading your thoughts on the matter.

Thanks.

I really think you would lose traction before you could put enough force on anything to bend the frame or mount. I would say you would have to be getting a running start & ramming things to do any damage, at which point one would probably be thrown out of the seat.
