MF 230 steering leak

Went out to start up my MF230 and noticed a puddle of fluid under the power steering cylinder. Investigated a little further and saw it had been leaking at the end near the linkage. Started the tractor up and sure enough no steering. Is the cylinder most likely shot ?? Any help would be appreciated.
