MF 135 Orchard..problems with 3 point Hitch not going up

I have a Massy Ferguson 135 Orchard Tractor the 3 point hitch won't go up.

I emptied the hydraulic fluid, took the top of the gear box cover off and replaced o rings and
seals, didn't see anything broke, piston pump is moving. Couldn't see anything wrong, cleaned the
relief valve it was okay. Still won't go up. Any ideas that would help?

Did you remove the pin in the linkage before you removed the top cover? If not you need to find it the bottom or it could cause major problems if it gets caught in a gear or something. I'm not an expert on why it won't lift but there is lots of info on the net and other websites.
