Looking to confirm year and HP of a MF 1260. The serial #is a H - H 1005. Also would anyone have a link or a copy of the owners manual? Thanks In advance.

1992-1998 38 engine HP 33 PTO.

I think they were made past '98, up to maybe mid 2002? There was a later version with a different engine in it.

Thanks for the replies.. I was told the tractor is a 2000 just trying to confirm that. I have seen the 1260 listed as 38 and 40 HP not a big deal just trying to figure out who is right. Anybody have a user manual or is a dealer the best place to get one?

The "G-G" serial numbers were made in late 1999. So, the "H-H" would be 2000 or 2001. What did you need to know from the manual? The best place to get your own manuals are from your dealer or sometimes you can pick them up on Ebay. The MF manuals are by far the best manuals that you can buy and they are at a good price.
Tisco specs are never right as far as I concerned.
