mf 1250 flickering weak dash lights no fuel pump click

I have a mf 1250 was running fine went to crank it and had weak power to dash and no fuel pump clicking could it be key switch showing weak power coming out in crank position

how the battery level? is it fully charged?

yes battery 12+ volts all fuses good excellent ground but checked key switch last evening only putting out app. 2.5V in glow plug and start position thinking bad ignition switch
