MF 1145 oil in water

I am new to tractors, purchased a used Massey/Ferguson 1145 at an auction. It was low on water. When I got it home and filled it with water there is oil in the radiator. After it warmed up, oil came out a tube on the right side of the enginge.
Any ideas as to what is cause. ?
Is this a common failure of this engine. ?

It sounds like a "blown " head gasket. Don't run . Water in engine = expensive repair. Check engine oil level, the radiator is probably draining into the engine, so level will be way high. I would get a mechanic to have a look at your level of inexperience.

oil in the radiator.......this must be your clew ~ Oilpressure will press oil in the watersisteem . Where is the oil next to the water ?
