what about the legal synthetic pot, bath salts etc...these are killing at an alarming rate. My question is what ______ comes up with all these UNNEEDED chemicals in the 1st place?

Kids who take chemistry at college, and use it for the wrong reasons. I would suspect that gangs, send people to school for chemistry. It sounds crazy, but they hire accountants, financial managers, and lawyers and imbed members in the military for weapons training, so why not..That has been on the new a lot lately here, and they are just now passing laws to make these "incents" a criminal offense to possess, or distribute. I am tired of seeing stores that sell all types of pipes, and bongs, and most sell drugs in the back. How do they get a license to operate. Is there no business inspection? It dosen't cut it that they say that the pipes are for tobacco. If you sell a gun, and say that it is for a gunpowder incense burner it just dosen't fly, so why does this stuff??

Here in Oregon the Meth labs were a huge problem. Then they started regulating the over the counter medications that contained the ingredients. You have to ask for them and the store will only sell a limited amount to a individual. The lab problem has nearly disappeared here.

It would be a big help if a doctor's prescription were required for the over the counter ingredients.

It would be a bigger help if people were not allowed to breed before they could prove they were going to be responsible parents.
But undoubtedly many would decry that as "Big Brother" and government intrusion to take away their right to spawn without raising the children properly.

Like they say, it's not the gun's fault.
