My UTV is turning 100 hrs this week. My experience is that this is an excellent machine for what I want. 65 acre tree farm in C. Louisiana. I traded a Honda AT 4 wheeler. This is now my run around the farm vehicle. Tractor shop/shed is about 400 yds from the "main shop" and whatever I need is in the other shop. With an inverter, this is my power a the tractor shed. I was told, before I bought, that this was not a go fast machine or a sneak thru the woods one. Whoever told me this was right. The infinately variable transmission takes a little getting use to as you expect speed to be relative to rpm and engine noise. It ain't. Easy to adjust to. The 22hp diesel is a jewel. I must be getting many hrs/ gallon and one day I'll do a test to see. Its frugal though. The refueling placement is not as good as I'd like. When you refuel its real hard to tell when its full before it splashes out. I'm getting use to the gurgling sounds now as an indicator. Sound freq goes up just before full. Noise level is more than my Honda but normal talking works when underway. I'd like it a few db's lower but would not sacrifice anything to get it. Word to the wise. Buy the better tires for a few bucks more. I did and I'm glad. Now I want top lights that shine in all directions at night and can switch on and off. There is a knockout panel for switches. Need a bigger inverter and a convent place to bolt it down...probably under the front hood as not much is in there. No power at the tractor shed and solar panels have not worked. Lots of trees to the South. All in all. This is an excellent machine. If you are not going to be at a spot more than 10 minutes, let it idle.
