Measurement on HF QH for those that have it

I am building a basic 3-pt carry all that I plan to use with the harbor freight quick hitch that I will buy in the future.
I am going to just use the carry all with the normal lift arms now but don't want to redo the pin locations when I get the QT so I like to set them up close now.
Does anyone have the measurements on the QH from the bottom pin to top pin handy? I realize the top pin is adjustable so a measurement in the middle position would be nice.

My upper hook is in the upper position. Measures between the bottom of the hooks 18"-18.5". A little difficult to measure due to diag location between upper and lower hooks.

Thanks Mickey, that may get me close enough unless someone else has a more accurate measurement.

Cat I should be 14.78 to 14.88 and then it will meet the spec. The adjustable hook should meet that measurement in one of the positions.
