OK.........I will confess that I am a John Deere owner. There I said it. I stumbled upon the KIOTI web page and I am interested. To the point that I spoke with a dealer and he is pricing me a CK 30 TLB. I would just like to know in general how you guys feel about me possibly switching. I am also pricing a comparative JD product.........but I believe that the orange machine is going to beat the price and the financing. Let me here you woes and or cheers for this product!

Thanx..........

I switched from a JD 870 to a Kioti DK 45. Biggest reason, more bang for the buck.
Kioti is gaining in popularity in this area, we've had folks stop and look at mine who are thinking about making the switch.

I swithed recently from a MF165 to a new DK45. So far, great machine. Seems to work good, the price was right, the warrantly is great, and the dealer was excellent.

I own a JD and a Kioti. Deeres are a little more "leading edge", and have very well thought out designs (most of the time). But, the Kioti is a great tractor too, a beast for ground engagement. I bet you'll find that the Kioti is thousands less and is the better value. I do like that 3720 cab, though. That's a sweet tractor.

I've owned JD (350B dozer), Case 310C dozer, Kubota B6000e (2 of them) and now Kioti. I really like my Kioti, nothing bad to say about my Kubota's. I chose the Kioti because it was considerably less money than the equivalent Kubota and capabilities were more. I was looking for a B21, that has a lift capacity of about 950 lbs, my LK has somewhere around 1400lbs. I paid at least 4-5K less.

Very happy with my decision.

Good luck,
Sincerely,
Joel

I was stuck between JD, Kubota and Kioti when I bought last year. I think Oleozz said it best, I got a Kioti cuz I felt it was "more bang for the buck."

What pushed Kioti over the top for me was the weight and hydraulics. I was looking for a digger. The only tractor heavier was a Branson. I liked the Branson, but it was bigger overall, and I needed the tractor to be as compact as possible. Happy with my choice so far. Great backhoe machine and I've moved over 700 tons of dirt and rock with the loader. Very stable. Very strong.

Woes.......none. Cheers.......plenty! I bought a new DK45s and have not regretted it for one moment. It has done everything I have expected it to and more. Nothing but good things to say about it. Yes, I would buy another without question.

I also looked at the JD, NH and Kubota's. It was between the CK30 and a Kubota B3030. The CK30 just seemed to be much sturdier and more comfortable (The operator area of the B3030 was cramped to me). Going into my 4th summer and have never had a regret, so far a great machine for what I use it for, and the weight was appreciated this year for moving lots of heavy wet snow.:) The JD and NH in the same class didn't have any of the "Add-ons" like the adjustable 3pt, side steps and such.
