As the title says I am finally getting around to it; making my loader a little more useful... converting to Quick Attach and adding more implements
So the Max 25 has a pin on loader bucket (ML202) So I will first want to add a Quick Attach. Anyone done this mod on a Max 25? What brand? What plate size did you go with? The Everything Attachments looks attractive, but its only rated for 1200lbs vs the Max loader rated capacity 2000lbs (at the pins)?
W.R Long: W.R. Long Pin on Tractor Loader Bucket to Universal Quick Attach Converter, Adapter | Free Ground Shipping for 1,000 miles!!
ATI ATI Tach-All Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach Hitch for tractor loaders
EA Universal Quick Attach Adapter For Subcompact Tractors
Others?
My second conundrum is with adding a third function for a grapple. Yeah, I know there is a cheap way to go with attaching into the curl cylinders, but I want a true 3rd function for a grapple. My confusion is, the tractor has the conversion for a backhoe, so there is already PB connections for the BH at the rear of the tractor. When the BH is removed the Quick couplers are just looped back. Can I simply tie into this existing PB connection at the hydraulic block in parallel with the BH or must it be in series? Either before or after the BH or FEL functions?
Lastly... what size grapple is appropriate for this tractor? Im eyeballing the 33" EA Mini Skid Steer Wicked Grapple.
Cheers... and happy tractoring...
