MASSY FERGUSON 65

Hi
Just got a massy ferguson 65 cannot get it started
was running 20 years ago been stood up
was told it had new ring fit about 3 years ago but was never started
got diesel to injectors.
does not fire checked timing and in the window it line up with letter c
but have read that it should be letter b
can any one advise me on this as it will not line up with letter b

What engine is in it
203 Perkins or is it a English tractor
If it is a 203 only timing is on front gears injection pump has dowel for gear and has slots for a little turning

Gotta have the pump # off the name plate to look it up..
