Take the injectors out, blow water out. Pour marvel mystery oil in. Let it soak. See if you can get the starter off and pry on the flywheel teeth, each way, see if you can get it to move. Be gentle but firm. Too rough can break the land in a piston. It may take a few days, but once it moves, you can keep moving it further each way. Until you can make a complete revolution. Then, you'll have it whipped. Parting out a machine is a bad way to go. Usually tires go first. Then you're left with a hunk you can't move.
