I appreciate all of the knowledgeable people on this forum who take their time to help others. I have a massey 202 which I believe is the industrial version of the massey 35. the power steering pump started leaking fluid into the crankcase. I took the pump off and took it to get a new seal put in it. after a long while I called to ask about the pump and found out they went out of business and have moved to Alaska. have since found out there isn"t a seal available for this pump so sent and got a new one for $550 plus. the new pump doesn"t have the 90 deg. fittings the hyd hoses connect to and I don't have the old pump for the fittings. my question is can anyone tell me what fittings i need and which hose from the pump hooks where as i had them marked for location on the old pump which i don't have. i don't want to take a chance on hooking the hoses up backwards and ruining this expensive pump. thank you for any help 01hunter570

Welcome to TBN - without pix, you might wait quite a while for someone who actually HAS the machine you're talking about. If you can post a couple of close-up shots of what you DO have, you'll probably get a lot more action...

Meantime, you will likely need this to figure out what SIZE of whatever kind of fittings you have

Not sure if you have a gas or diesel, however the pump should be the same as the 35 Utility. (also an industrial version of the 35).

You can check the AGCO online parts book here:

AGCO Parts Books

Here's a screen shot of one version of the pump, depending on what year your tractor is there were subtle differences between pumps. Click the picture to enlarge.

thank you for the reply's. the thumbnail sent by shaeff looks like the pump I have and will probably aid me in identifying which hose goes where. as to gas or diesel it is a continental gas engine. I think I tried to get on the on line agco book before for parts for a massey ferguson 40b and for some reason I couldn't access it, will try again. thanks again 01hunter570

just to post back to this old thread about the fittings. I have tried several times to find out the correct fittings, went to mf dealer, called the co. where I bought the new pump, all with no success. today I finally took one of the hoses off and took it and the new pump to a hydraulic shop where the told me what I needed. just thought I would post the results on the odd chance someone else would need this info. info is as follows : fitting #6 sae 45 deg. flare x !/4 pipe thread man said his stock no was 49-6-47. don't know if this will help someone but this pump is used on several of the old masseys to include to 35, 35 135 202 and 204. thanks to the thumbnail posted I was also able to figure the hose routing. many thanks to everyone for their help, 01hunter 570
