Buying Advice Massey Ferguson 1529

I could use some help folks. I'm looking at a 2010 Massey 1529 with FEL and 8x8 synchro shuttle. It has 253 hrs and good to excellent cosmetics and loaded tires priced at $11000. Is this a good deal?

I had really wanted a hydro unit but if this is truly a good deal I may have to pull the trigger on this one.
