Massey Ferguson 135 Hydraulic

Hope somebody can help me with this. I brought MF 135 with a hydraulic issue. I removed the lift cover and found cracked lift cylinder. How ever, I don't see the pressure control valve, Tube (Connect the both) and the diaphragm. Only Control dashpot is there . What is the purpose of those 3? what will happen if I don't installed the pressure control vale, Diaphragm and tube? Thank you. I have same model tractor in the picture. (dashpot P/N is 898159 M2
My Tractor S/N 9A 112985 MF 135 Diesel with a Fwd & Reverse Shuttle control (Hand controller to use with clutch)
