Comparison Massey 231 or Massey 240

I am looking at two MF tractors a 231 and a 240 and wanted opinions on the better price. The 231 has 1700 hours and appears to be in good shape I would say 7 out of 10. The 240 has 2000 hours and about the same condition and comes with a 5 foot woods rotary mower. Asking 5000.00 for the 231 and 5500.00 for the 240. Let me know what you guys think. The 240 is a '94 model and I am not sure of the year of the 231.

I'd opt for the 240......not enough difference in price to make any difference.
