You cannot pull start a multipower tractor.
Fuel: you say there is NO smoke when cranking so, No fuel going through.
Open both bleeders on the fuel pump(eyeball the hole in side of bleeder screw) and crank engine. You should have a steady continuous stream of diesel coming out. If so tighten and crack 1 line at injector to let air out and crank.(The engine can't fire if you crack all 4 injector lines).Once the engine has fired tighten the cracked line. If the engine is still running rough crack the other lines one at the time. I found cracking 1 line was usually enough .
If diesel stream is interupted you have air getting in up stream. Go to fuel tank/#1 filter pipe and disconnect at filter end, you should have a strong continuous flow.
If not then at the fuel tank inlet pipe there is a small filter that will block up with rust , crap etc. If that is blocked then you will need to clean your fuel tank out. I had this trouble with a 135
If you have good flow to the filters then the most likely cause is air lock when you changed the filters. To drain the air in the filter crack the #1/ #2 filter line, then loosen the bolt holding the filter on until diesel runs out the top of the filter at a similar rate to what come direct from the tank, then retighten. Diesel should now run out the line between the 2 filters.Wait until any bubbles have stopped then Retighten and repeat process for #2 filter.
Go to injector pump and and do bleed procedure as earlier.
NOTE if you get air at the injector pump but not at the filters and are unable to get rid of the air then you will need to remove the filters and carefully (use torch) check the large square "O" ring is flat and it is very easy to "roll" a section 90 degrees. This will let air in.
Tip: when changing fuel filters place filter in filter base ( as fitted to tractor) and place in bucket then fill with diesel to just over the filter, then carefully remove (keep filter full of diesel)and fit filter to tractor. This will minimise air locks. Repeat for 2nd filter. Done properly there won't be any bleeding to do and you can just fire up and go. There is a knack to this.
I hope this helps. It is far easier to show than explain.
