Posthole Digger Manufacturer Of This Old Post Hole Gearbox

New guy here with first post.

I picked up an old post hole digger gear box and auger at a country yard sale. It seems to work fine, but has no manufacturer marks. Anybody know who made it? I need make and model to find the right 3-point boom for it.

I would say any boom that will pin up to the gear box and allow it to raise high enough to clear the ground when raised will work just fine.

Thanks and I think you are right. The dealer was trying to make a fairly simple thing sound like a major bit of research and work.

I found the gearbox. It is a Speeco, either a model 65 or 70. I'm told it's a decent but not high quality piece.
