manual gearbox/hydraulics pressurizing..where's the vent?

2615 manual gearbox, so now I know why the boot cracked and started leaking after shut-down.
anybody know where the vent is? I'll bet mud-daubers (bug) filled the vent.

found something that may be a vent, under fuel tank, upside-down "U shaped" fitting, high above rear PTO
