Wow, a quarter million dollars worth of damage over a dispute for $80! :ashamed: I hope the guy in jail thinks it was worth because I suspect his neighbor will own him the rest of his life!!

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A 63-year-old man is accused of going on a rampage in El Paso County with a tractor, partially collapsing a barn and a house of a man he says owed him money.
Authorities told the Colorado Springs Gazette that Jack Herbst took a tractor to Ronald Morphis' property Wednesday. Herbst is accused of overturning a boat, several vehicles and digging a trench in a driveway.
Sheriff's deputies said the damage totals $100,000. The victim's sister, Loranne McLaughlin, told the newspaper the damage amounted to $250,000. She said Herbst destroyed the brick garage, the two-bedroom addition to the home, and six vintage vehicles, including a 1949 Chevy pickup and 1956 Willys Jeep. She also said electrical and phone lines were ripped out and more than a dozen mature elm trees were uprooted.
Deputies said Morphis told them he owed the suspect $80, but Herbst said the debt was much more than that.
McLaughlin said her brother had agreed to buy a trailer from Herbst for $400. He paid Herbst $320 and was planning to pay him the rest when he got paid on Friday, she said.
On Monday or Tuesday, though, Herbst left a voicemail on Morphis' phone saying "I want my $80 or I'm going to flatten everything," McLaughlin said.
Deputies said they found front-end loader tire tracks leading from Morphis property to a neighbor's property. That neighbor had hired Herbst to work on his farm.
Herbst was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and is being held on a $10,000 bond at the county jail. It wasn't clear if he had an attorney.
