Meteorologist in central Iowa says the east coast will experience a major noreaster this weekend. Storm is developing in the four corners area moving east and up the coast. Get your tractors ready!!!!
Seems like most snow storms in the past couple of years have had rain and freezing rain as part of the mix.
So far, for this weekend, the local meteorologist are just predicting a coastal storm with very little to no accumulation to the interior.

I am curious about this storm. The last one gave us 5" or so. This one says we'll get a foot plus. They are using the word blizzard. We were planning to visit my wife's 95 year old father tomorrow- just north of Boston, but I think we will go later in the week. They are getting their snow about the time we'd be heading back, Driving ahead of the storm is one thing, but driving with the storm is another!

Looking at this forecast and the predicted wind it looks like an all day NothEaster with lots of snow.
