Maintenance Part Availability for GC

In the event I can't get parts for my GC through my dealer what options do I have in the future? I'm refering to filters, blades and / or belts for my SCUT. Are there dealers on this site that will ship these items with a credit card order? Can any of these filters or belts be sourced through TSC or an automotive supply house such as NAPA.

i see that link doesn't show eng/hyraulic filters for gc2410. i ran into that problem as well, in that i couldn't buy filters in the aftermarket.

1 eng oil filter and 1 hydraulic system filter came to about $45.00

two filters that size from a jobber would probably have been around $10-15 dollars.

Stop worrying about aftermarket filters other than engine oil, they don't exist.

far as ordering them, i can take care of myself just fine, thank you.

regarding the hydro filter, it looks close to a small block chev or dodge filter. i can't help but think there must be something out there with the same gasket/thread/micron combo.

far as the toyota filter, that's good news... now i'm wondering what kind of filter they use on the tundra v8's.

lack of widespread availability of basic parts like filters is a definite minus when it comes to rating a machine... and that hurts the resale value of my 2410 and ultimately my equity.

Do you think there is a sub compact tractor like this, that you can get parts for just anywhere?

They all have proprietary parts, and they all over charge about the same amount for them.

Wait until you see what the expensive parts cost.

I have a huge MF dealer near me. And other than the real basics, everything has for this series has to be ordered. There is simply not a lot of calls for parts on these yet, so they don't stock them.

After ordering parts, and making a second trip to pick it up, twice, I realized I can order from home using Jacks, and have it sent to my door.

Any part can be had overnight if necessary.

Any other dealer will also be happy to send you parts.
