Mahindra Tie-Rods

My EMAX 20s 2021 @ 50 hours the left tie rod broke, the dealer replaced the part with a “good will” warranty part. At 250 hours both front axles were leaking, this was covered by the 7 year power train warranty (thank heavens). Now at 355 hours the right tie rod snapped. $354 … so am I the only one having these type of issues with their Mahindra? Did I just buy a lemon? All services have been done, the gear oil is checked every time and topped off if needed. We check it, the oil and hydraulic fluid before every use. Gear oil had been added to the front axle about an hour before the Right tie-rod snapped! Am I the only one ?

Sounds like somebody is running into hard objects, because I had to bend back a tierod on my Ingersol garden tractor once after wife ran into a fence post (although she would not admit it)
