Mahindra E359 - Anyone Familiar with it???

I am looking for an inexpensive tractor to do bushhogging mostly. I had a much more expensive tractor but found I was only using it about 25 hours a year so I sold it. Anyway, I think this tractor might be the ticket. It comes with a 4 foot box blade and has 440 hours if I remember. Seems to be clean and run well. Price I am going to offer is $4200.00.

So, to recap, what about this tractor. Good - Bad? What about the price?

Any chance that this is a E350? If so, it is a very good basic utility tractor for someone like me that only uses a tractor once in a while. It is very similar to the IH B414 or 354. The only limitations that I find in this tractor is the lack of power steering and live PTO. The driveline of the E350 has changed very little since the early 1960's (with the exception of direct injection). Having owned both the IH and Mahindra I really appreciate the easy starting that direct injection gives. Hope this helps.

It's probably an E-350 as stated above. Good machine. What are they asking for it?

We have a E350-di (bought new in 2004), and it has been a very reliable tractor. We haven't had any issues with the tractor. I also like the fact that it will run all day on just a little bit of fuel.

I think that $4200 is probably too low (unless if they are having a fire sale). On the tractorhouse web site, most of the later models go for $6K or more.
