Hi,

I have taken my 6530 in because the bucket drops with small load in it if left up for a short period of time.

If I have my skid steer attachment forks on the loader it will drop with an empty pallet if left up for a hour or less.

They say that it passes the Mahindra test. I was told that this was a sign of a problem in the control lever. One other thing of note is that when digging most of the time I have to back up a little to get the bucket to attempt the pick up.

Can anyone help.

Thanks, Jirobbi

While it is in the shop, have them check to PSI at the loader valve to make sure you have the proper pressure at the loader. Also I was just looking at the rate of drop that is within specs, the other day. A certain amount is normal and not just Mahindra but all brands. If I remember right an inch and a quarter an hour is within specs.

Thanks, They set the pressure at 2500 I believe.

I had a Kubota L3750 with a Bush Hog Loader that would hold a bucket of dirt up all night. I would have thought that the 6530 would have been as good or better.

I believe that the test was with 500 lbs in the loader. This unit falls with an empty pallet. I was using this unit with the forks to lift the side of my 18 foot pontoon boat a few inches in order to replace a board that the boat sits on when on the trailer and by the time I got off the tractor and attempted to screw the board on it would drop.

Thanks, JiRobbi

How do you change the pressure? I need a bit more oompf, seems a bit weak.

thanks!

I have to agree. The leakage rates "within spec" are extremely annoying. My kubotas stay up. The Mahindra - esp the curl - leaks fast enuf that you cant work long with a positioned loader unless someone stays in the seat.

Larry, my 7520 tends to leak more at the lift cylinders, but not what I would consider all that bad. When we bought our Case580E, we had to do a few things to it. We had the loader raised about all the way up and put the factory lock-block in place so that the loader can't fall, anyway the loader was up farther than it had to be to put the lock in place. There was about an inch of ram travel before it would be down on the lock. In 4-5 weeks time it never fell down onto the lock, now there are some good seals.:D
