mahindra 6500 turbo

wanting to turbo my 6500 4x4. Isnt the 8560 or 7520 engine same as the 6500? wanting to buy an intake, turbo, and all other stuff and get a lil more horses outta the ol girl. any help greatly appreciated

I think that they are the same engine as the 6000. You know that it's not just the turbo, but pistons and everything else that goes along with it. Radiator, injection pump all the other stuff. I would guess that you could sell your tractor and get a good used 7520 for the same money as what it would end up costing you. It ain't cheep and if you cut corners (costs) then you loose your reliability factor.

Exactly. You'd lose more than just the reliability - probably a piston or two !!
