The only time we see this is when a guy has nearly max'd out the loader capacity and the tires are in a high traction situation, like in ruts or deep dirt or some situation where they are getting a really good grip and it takes a lot to turn them. In that case, the slightest movement forward or back will make it steer immediately.
Mahindra spec's out a real wide front tire as people like wide tires, and I think that makes a little more work for the power-steering in high load situations. As a result, it can cause a pressure bypass situation for the power-steering, but it occurs rarely in my experience and only under certain circumstances. I'm a dealer though, not an engineer, so I am not trying to challenge your dealer. I'd like to hear from other 5010 owners to see what experience they have. If yours is "special", you will want it fixed. If it only does it in the worst of circumstances, then yes, that probably is within design specs and you will just have to roll forward or back 1/2" to get the wheels turning.
Just my thoughts, and as always I am ready to learn from other folks' experiences.
