Mahindra 4110 Fair selling price?

I am using a borrowed Mahindra 4110 which is the same as a TYM 4110 from what I am reading. It is an Ok tractor. This one has a leaking oil seal on the right rear axle and only one wheel brakes, the left rear. It has a geared shuttle transmission. When mowing the owner had issues with it running hot. I used compressed air and blew all the caked dirt from the radiator. Has run normal for me but have not done any mowing since cleaning the radiator. The owner wants to sell the tractor, six foot Rhino brush hog and a box blade.

What would be a fair price for the machine as is? Less than 300 hours on the machine. Used mostly for mowing and drilling post holes.
