I would like to know what breakout force @ pivot pins means. my tractor is rated for 1650 lift to full height @ pivot pins and 2650 breakout force at pivot pins. will it lift a 1 ton pallet of pellets off a truck.

No, well maybe a low bed where the top of the bed is only 18" above the ground.
But the std 48"-54" height bed, I don't think so.
