Has anyone come up with a good solution to the abrupt opening of the hydraulic valve spools operating the FEL on the Mahindra 3616? After much practice I've gotten used to "cracking open" the valve spool slowly to have smoother movements of the FEL, but whenever someone new operates the 3616, especially with some weight in the bucket or on the pallet forks, the rapid movement jerks the tractor around. This problem is amplified when raising (or lowering) the bucket/forks simultaneously with curling it in or out. It seems the spool profile must have a blunt end. My John Deere loader controls have a much gentler start, must be more like a needle shaped spool profile. Is there any adjustment that will affect how fast or completely the valve opens on the Mahindra valves? I've been thinking of putting a hydraulic flow controller on the lines, or even a small accumulator, but that costs more than just plumbing in John Deere controls on the Mahindra.
Appreciate any insight, Thanks
