Mahindra 3525 smoking water in crankcase

So i found water it the crankcase when i drained the oil and the wet bath filter was all gummed up with white sludge/goo after it had been sitting in the rain for awhile. Apparently the cover over the clear pre-cleaner bowl doesn't keep the water out of the oil bath. This was after it was hard to start ran bad smoked and had no power. So removed the head thinking an easy gasket fix but everything looked good so I'm confused. Can water be sucked in through the intake and forced by the rings under compression, with minimum or no damage. I am grateful for any advice thanks, Mike W..... Forum Newb

water or antifreeze in crank case?

post a picture of the bottom of the head and the block deck.if the air filter was stopped up ,that can cause your engine symptoms. with that small amount of water, could it of sweated that much? if no antifreeze in oil than the head gasket was not the problem.unless 2 cylinders are leaking together,do not think that happened.

So I changed the head gasket, the head and valves looked good. started up still runs rough and blows a lot of blue smoke. Drained oil and found coolant....now what?

Now What? Well it looks like i'll be tearing it down again. Started it today still blue smoke and running rough. shut it down and tried to re-crank heard a noise up near the water pump and then heard water running through the block. I drained the oil and most of the antifreeze out of the oil pan, also noticed the water pump belt had loosened up. I'm stumped
