I have a 2012 Mahindra 28EXL Shuttle and I have loved it! BUT, the shuttle gear shifter has started sticking (won't shift from forward to reverse easily). We have used penetrating oil on it as well as kept it greased with white lithium. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing it to stick? I am missing using it! Thanks!

I’m not familiar with that model but in general the linkage should be followed from the steering column through the floor and back to gear box. Have you located, cleaned and lubed all of the pivot points?
If yes, I’d disconnect the linkage at the gearbox and figure out if the sluggish shifting is the Linkage or something internal.
The other thought that comes to mind is something in the linkage got bent.
