Mahindra 28XL Mower Deck, Can Raise/Lower it

Last year I bought a new Mahindra 28XL Shuttle with a 60inch mower deck. I never had a need to use it until this month, when I had to start mowing after a good rain (Southern California) I remounted the mower deck as described in the manual, and being that this was the first actual time that I used it. I am unable to get it to raise... I have checked all the pins removed, as described, but nothing. THe 3 point level works, being that the 3 point will lower and raise... anyone had this problem?

The mower deck lift has pins next to where the three point arms attach to the tractor which go through the frame to seperate the mower from the 3 point, which allows you to use the 3 point seperate from the mower lift. The plates that these pins go through, hang on the 3 point arms and that is what lets the mower deck go up and down. I would check those, I would send you a picture but it 20 degrees and freezing rain right now.

Thanks for the feedback. I went to a Mahindra Dealer in San Diego, and he showed me what i had to do. It was so simple, it was hard... dahh.
Anyway, got home, did what the dealer explained and wow, the deck goes up and down... how great! Let's get mowing!

I'm having a similar problem except mine is trying to line up the black bars that attach to the mower and the under body of the tractor. It's really making me crazy. NO MATTER HOW i try to switch the bars from one side of the mower to the other isn't working. I'm sure its an easy fix. Just not jumping out at me.

I know that the 3 point is a bit different on the 25 than the 28. You 3point has to be completely installed as if you were going to hook up an attachment. The linkages have to tight, as I found out, they tend to bounce around and bend things. The 2-arms will need to come up and meet with the angles. You may want a bungie cord to keep the ends of the 3 point pulled in.
