Can owners of 2810's tell me if they handle similar to a larger garden tractor? Are they agile? I am looking at large garden tractors, but feel a small Mahindra may offer a whole lot more for a similar budget.

A big problem is that to get a mmm, a 2810 HST must be purchased because the other compact Mahindras do not offer a mid pto. Can you still mow in tight quarters with a rear end finish mower?

The small Mahindras still weigh over 3,000# /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif - much beefier than most garden tractors.

Your comments are appreciated.

How much land are you cutting. The hst is a much biger tractor it is between a 3510 and a 4110.If you had a lot of trees to cut around then i would say it would be a good choice. My 2810 saves me 2hrs cutting time . I was cutting with a 48 in deck now im cutting wit 72 in deck.

I am only cutting a few acres at a few locations each.

I felt this tractor was just too big to do what I wanted.
