mahindra 2810 oil leaking rear drive axle gear driven 2810x06124 md

I seen one post on how to replace seal on a hydro2810.. I have the gear drive 2810. I was thinking the back plate had to be removed to pull axles..i cant imagine its like the hydro version? can anybody tell me?
where can I buy a complete service manual?
