I just wanted to let anyone who isn't already familiar with them know that Madsen's Saw Shop in Centralia Washington is a good vendor to deal with.
I am not receiving any benefit by writing this. I was in there last week and got a great deal on two pairs of boots. They were on the clearance rack, so it's not something you can count on. The reason I'm writing is because my local Stihl shop is an ace hardware. They can't tell most of the chainsaw parts apart from one another, and generally don't know anything about what I need.
Madsen's tailors their operation professional loggers. They stock a full line of stihl and Husqvarna saws and parts (can't ship stihl out of state, though). They are very very helpful on the phone and are used to tough questions and hard to find parts requests.
If you need parts for a chainsaw, or heavy duty work wear, safety gear, logging equipment, etc. it's worth checking out their website. They have a PDF catalog, but only handle orders by phone.
Anyways, just thought you should know.
