I just bought a m6950 Kubota, I paid $6400, it has 5400 hrs on it. It runs great, have been bush hogging the place. Did I get a good deal or get taken?

I have no idea whether or not you got a good deal. At this point it really doesn't matter. If you are happy then it's a good deal. Enjoy your tractor and stay safe.
