Buying Advice M F 2135

Looking @ a M F 2135 tractor w/fel the present owner is selling for $4500. Seems to be in good shape with everything working, no visable leaks. It has a gas engine. Was able to get Model # 200 and Ser # 1140 14952 off the tractor. I would like to use it for 2-3 ac of food plots and some mowing to keep weeds down. There's always a need for a fel around the farm. Any advise or information would be appreciated, thanks.

I did get a little more info. Another Ser.# 9A 45589 was listed on another plate on tractor under steering wheel. Any help with info about this tractor would be appreciated.

Did purchase the MF 2135 tractor w/ fel. After picking it up from the seller on a trailer rated @ 7000 gvwr. Getting info on the computer about the weight of the tractor @ 3100lbs tractor, 1000lbs fel = 4100lbs liquid in tires guessed at 600lbs for a total weight of 4700lbs thought to be safe on a trailer with a load weight rating of 5000lbs.. On way to my hse before trip to farm weighed it all @ 7800lbs. Which leaves tractor @ aprox 5800lbs Now I need another trailer to haul this load which is becomming a problem. Anyone out there have any suggestions? From the info I was able to obtain the extra weight came from the liquid in the tires.(cal. cloride)
