LT1045 Bolts fell out of muffler

And I'm not sure of the part #.

I was happily mowing when I noticed that the engine sounded different. I looked @ the muffler and noticed two screws were missing (see attached photo).
Does anybody know the part #? I looked @ cubcadet.com and could not find the reference.
Also,
This tractor is 3 weeks old. Will the distributor replace the parts for free?

Your dealer would pop in some new bolts for you if you wanted to take the time/resources to get the machine to them. Your ops manual should have included parts diagrams. Other than that, I'd try to size up the threads by fit and grab some new ones + lock washers from the hardware store.

I looked at parts diagram for you machine but it doesn't show that area very well. It looks like to me that there was a cover or guard bolted on there because of the discoloration around the bolt holes. Maybe someone with the same machine can look under theirs and see if all your missing is the bolts.

I found a better diagarm that looks more like your picture.

The screws are item #2, Part #710-0599 1/4"-20 x 1/2" hex head cap screws with lock washers and it doesn't look like anything else bolts there from this diagram. The diagram is for a 2007 LT1045 Engine Accessories 1I145H & after.
