I bought my tractor when the weather was still warn and I had no problem starting it then. My problem showed up when I attempted to start it on a 29 degree F morning.
The glow plug indicator light only stayed on about 3 seconds so the problem seemed to be in the glow plug timing relay or computer.
After several trips by my dealer´s Service Tech who replaced the relay, checked all of the fuses, swapped out the computer, and performed several signal traces nothing helped. Finally, after they obtained an English wiring schematic from LS, (all they had was a Korean one), they found that the temperature sending unit seal was leaking which allowed the antifreeze to short out the sensor so it could not send the proper signal to the computer. They replaced the faulty sending unit with a new one.
This morning it was 24 degrees F and my tractor started right up. The glow plug indicator stayed on about 12 seconds.
This whole scenario took about 5 ½ weeks to solve so I am posting it here so if somebody else has this problem they will know where to look first for a solution.
