LS G3038 antifreeze overflow. Small puddle on ground

So i bought my ls new a few months ago. over the past week or so ive noticed that there is some antifreeze on the floor around the front axle about 4 inches from the overflow tube. theres hardly any antifreeze on the ground just a little bit . i have 30 hours on it , the overflow box on the right side of the engine is just below low level and when i opened the radiate cap antifreeze came out. i have not used the tractor since Saturday and noticed what i think is fresh antifreeze although could be from when i shut her down the other day.

the operating temp is the same as when i first got it.

is the normal or should i be worried, its under warranty and i called the dealer and said i could bring it in, but i dont have a trailer and would rather not pay to have it picked up and brought back if this in just somthing normal

This does not sound normal to me, especially now during the colder weather. You might have a leak somewhere, the cooling system needs to be pressure tested.

ok i found the leak at the 2 points where the black radiater hose connects to the radiator and the engine i found a droplet at each one and i guess the clamps werent tightened and caused the drip? does this sound right, ive been under the tractor for about 30 minutes wiping to find the leak

Good job, glad it worked out ok. The way that tractors vibrate things can become loose.

thanks for the reply , this has had my stomach in my throat, the clamps were very loose ,should find out soon enough if this solved the problem

Just a suggestion, you might want to check everything you can to make sure clamps, bolts etc are tight.

This would be a good time to check the fel mounting bolts also. These need to checked frequently.

FEL mounting bolts, all wheel lug bolts, final drive bolts on front axle all tend to need some tightening after a bit of running. I like to just go over my whole tractor occasionally and test for loose bolts.
