I have a G3038H that I purchased new in 2014, with a hoe, 4n1, 6' snow blower, and 42" forks. I agree, the hoe is very useful and I leave it on much of the time as rear ballast. I have been pretty happy with the tractor - it is the same as your prospective tractor except for more HP and better lift capacity. I can't tell you if it is or is not a good price but new, I paid $28k for my setup, new, out the door in 2014 - but mine is a hydro and that adds to the cost.
If you're going to be doing a lot of loader work you will find the hydro exceedingly pleasant to use. If you are working on hills or near drop offs, as I was at my ranch, you do not want to be fiddling with a shuttle shift to back up quickly before you go over the edge and so you will LOVE a hydro.
Another thing to consider is that the 2013 G3033 is a tier 3 engine and the newer models are all tier 4 and have the regen system to control emissions - I know very little about these except that there are a number of users who have had issues - one stating he was ready to burn the tractor to the ground in frustration. On the other hand, a new LS has a five year warranty (or mine did anyway) - not the hoe or the loader though, those are only one year.
There's my 2 cents, maybe 3.
