SE Iowa Plotter

Hello all, I just signed up here today, although I have read some posts here and there over the past few months. It seems as though there are many very knowledgeable and helpful people posting here. I hope to contribute over time as well, although I am by no means a tractor expert.
I got my first tractor, an LS 4041EZ, about 9 months ago now and use it at my hobby farm and primarily use it to prepare and plant food plots for wildlife, etc. I have 6' Brush Hog mower, a 6' 3pt disk, a 6' Land Pride box scraper and a 10' or 12' wide drag/harrow. I maintain trails and about 20 acres of food plots at this time.
So far, I really like my LS tractor...but I do have a current problem that is vexing. About 3 weeks ago, I used it on and off for a few hours and shut it off and turned in back on without incident or warning. Of course, when I am furthest away from the buildings AND on the other side of a creek crossing that needed to be tuned up...it wouldn't start. Harrumph! No dash lights came on either, so I suspected a bad battery. I scrambled into town and came back with a new battery and installed that and there was no change. I left it as is in the field at the time.
Short story...when I returned to it this past weekend, with some parts in hand to try to repair...it started on the first try and ran flawlessly for the next couple of hours. (Yes, I went straight to the janky creek crossing and fixed it first!) I ran the tractor without incident for a couple of hours, shut it down...in the yard, and went on to other tasks. When I went to start it again about 6 hours later to put it away...same thing as before...no start!
There are no lights on the dash, the blinkers do not work, the emergencies do not flash, etc. I shifted everything into neutral, turned the PTO switch back and forth, (it was off), and still nothing. I still have the parts to try...a fuse(which to me cannot be it since it started once now), the ignition module, a PTO switch, etc. So when I return this weekend I will start swapping parts, but I thought I would through this out there and see if anyone can give me some pointers and/or likely suspects. The battery is new, the connections to the battery are good too. TIA.
