lower link boss sheared off rear axle housing - stupid mistake = very bad day

Looks like a pretty weak spot on my Massey 1742 too. Keep wondering why not a better system instead of a boss like that.

yea, my mcCormick X4.3 has a bolt on mount which is much better imho

replacement axle housing is in, new seals (as a matter of course) should be in Monday, hope to have her back by mid next week

Got her back today, all sorted out !
