I have a CT235, with no rear (or front) hydraulics. This fall I will need one set of hydraulics on the rear to operate a small no till drill. As this will be a one time need I really don't want to spend the money to "do it right", and install the rear remote. I think that cost is like $800.00. Is there anything wrong with removing the lines to the bucket tilt function at the loader valve and then extending that function to the rear via hoses and couplers? I expect the cost would be pretty reasonable for the two hoses and four couplers needed.
Any other suggestions?

That should work.

Ask Rick Wallace for the kit. It's only about $200-300 and then you have real rear remotes. Installing them is about a 2 difficulty on the 10 scale. (That's what I did) I'd guess it'd almost be easier to do yourself than your Hillbilly engineered way. But I gotta respect the Hillbilly engineering though
Good Luck
