For those of you who read my "Kioti buyers, thanks... I think" thread. Y'all have put my concerns at ease and I'm now looking forward to delivery of a CK-35 shuttle, R-4 tires, KL130 loader, & rear work light beginning of next week.
I'm dealing with Eton Tractor & Equipment in Chatsworth GA about 50 miles from my place. They've been great to deal with so far. I went up there and spent a few hours driving, looking at, & playing with the Kioti's yesterday. He had 3 CK-35's. I was impressed. Quite running, smooth shifting, & stout feeling. Loader worked like a charm. I liked the shuttle shift better than the HST.
Called back this morning and told them I'd take one. He said "Glad you called, 'cause there's only 1 left!". Evidently the Free FEL promotion is workin' pretty good. Delivering it early next week. I'll take some pics when it arrives.
Compared it to a New Holland TC-35A, a Mahindra 3215, & JD 3320. Never did make it to a Kubota dealer, but talked to a couple on the phone. None of these was even close to the value of the Kioti. They're nice tractors, no doubt about it, but IMO no nicer than the CK-35 overall and the closest I could get on price was the Mahindra which was + $4300 over the Kioti. JD & NH were just stupid expensive in comparison + $6000 on the NH, and green paint must be even more expensive than blue
.
Anyways, I'll use it around the house here a little bit then move it to the farm in KY where it will reside permenately.
