Buying Advice Looking to buy XU6158 with LB3102 Backhoe, Any advise appreciated

Howdy Everyone

I can not find a XU series tractor with the LB3102 backhoe anywhere. I plan on purchasing nearly 40 thousand dollars worth of equipment and would like to see it before I buy it. I would appreciate a picture and a review on the backhoe, as I have not been able to find anything much about the backhoe. No news is good news in a way, if someone was having problems, I would find all kinds of complaints on the web. Thank You

I was in the same boat last summer. I never saw the hoe in person before delivery. I special ordered and it only took two weeks for delivery. Came with third detented remote for the hoe, but no feet for the stabilizers. I had to make those and now it doesn’t move the whole tractor around.

So far (100 hrs) it’s been a great machine and hasn’t been back to the dealership. There are a couple 6168 threads here if you do a google search.

Search for 6168CPS first 50 hours.
I have been adding on when there is something to report. So far, just scheduled maintenance to report.

Thank You very much for taking the time to answer my request, I wondered how long it would take, read my mind.
I plan on clearing and working on wetlands, do you think I need to buy or build anything for the feet? The backhoe will probably never come off, but what do I know? This is going to be my first and last tractor, so it is this or the little JD 4066M with their cheap loader and smaller hoe with it痴 shorter warranty. I must say I love everything I read about LS Tractors.

Kioti dealers can order a shoe that looks like it will fit. Search for backhoe stabilizer pass in the Kioti forum. They are kind of spendy though , about $150 IIRC.
I made mine from 1/4” plate I had laying around.

Put my money down and the Dealer ordered it. I won’t get to play with it until April.
Looking forward to it like a 15 year old waits for his drivers license. Thank You for the sharing your experiences.

Have you gotten to drive one at all yet? I think you’ll like it.

I just googled Bergland. I think you’ll like the heater. Just plan on giving it 20 minutes to warm up. I start mine and let it slow idle for about 1 minute, then bump it up to about 13-1400 RPMS and let it run for about 20 minutes. It’s should then be ready to go to work. The Neutral light will flash until the computer says it’s warmed up enough to go to work.

Because I’m thinking about it, here are all the filter numbers available at Napa for the XU6168CPS. My dealer gave me these numbers since he is 2.5 hours away. I used them at my first service with no issues.
Tractor filters
Oil: Napa 1516
Hydraulic: Napa 1715
Fuel: Wix WF8395
Inner Air: Wix 46672
Outer Air: Donaldson P827653
